Felicia is a highly successful business leader with extensive experience in delivering results through strategic leadership, efficient management processes, and workplace synergy. She has served as a member of the University of Massachusetts Boston Strategic Planning Committee, as a chair and member of the Board of Directors at the American Filtration Society and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). As a ICF Certified Professional Coach (ACC), she holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and an M.B.A. in Marketing, and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design. In her spare time, Felicia enjoys exploring local parks and watching videos on YouTube.
Felicia’s dedication to professional development extends beyond her coaching practice. In 2024, Felicia is seeking backing to launch the Premier Jones Institute of Leadership & Strategy (PJI-LeadS) to provide a comprehensive approach to professional development that includes coaching, education, and development.
